Game design is at the heart of why a player comes back the next day… and the day after that. We design that architecture. The loop. The progression. The economy. The live service framework that keeps the system feeling alive six months after launch.
Our team has shipped inside pipelines at Activision, Big Fish, and Square Enix. We know what it looks like when game systems are built with rigor, and we know what it looks like when they’re not. That distinction is the whole job.
When we say end-to-end, we mean it. Concept to delivery: game architecture, art direction, economy design, and the AI systems that make it feel alive. The full production capability is in-house. You don’t patch it together from separate vendors.

Genuine Digital Personalities.
Building an AI system that behaves consistently, compellingly, and with a genuine sense of identity is a harder problem than it looks. Most AI implementations, even technically sophisticated ones, break the moment an unexpected input arrives. The persona shatters. The user is reminded they’re talking to software.
We solved this problem for Sendroid. Key players on our core team spent 3 years building an AI companion that remembers you, adapts to you, and maintains a coherent, evolving personality across model updates and sessions: deployed to early-access players inside the Sophiaverse ecosystem and handed off to SingularityNET R&D. The solution was the genesis of the Cortex Clasp, a behavioral harness powered by RVVR AI’s deep agentic framework.

AI entities with persistent memory, dynamic internal states, and behavioral architecture that keeps them consistent and compelling across sessions, across model updates, across years. We design who the entity is: its voice, its emotional range, its developmental arc… before a single prompt is written.

The Cortex Clasp
A behavioral constraint mechanism, powered by RVVR AI. The initial concept for the Cortex Clasp was developed by Matthew Wilson (Cognitive and Narrative Director) during the SAIL project at Sophiaverse. The Eloh Labs Cortex Clasp anchors a language model inside a specific personality, world context, and cognitive identity while allowing the identity to evolve in a designed way with game progression. The Personality can be augmented with endless skills to perform compounding and complex procedures, in-game and beyond.
What it solves: the persistent problem of an open-ended LLM breaking character inside a persistent world. The Cortex Clasp (applicable to any LLM or SLM), produces a convincing, consistent persona across model generations.

Web3 game economies follow a pattern: explosive launch, rapid inflation, collapse. We’ve studied the full lifecycle of on-chain economies; where they die, why they die, and how to design ones that don’t. The answer is almost never “add another token.” It’s architecture.
The same discipline applies to off-chain economies in traditional games: virtual currencies, loot systems, trading mechanics, where the same failure modes exist and are just as predictable. We design economies with the long game in mind, because that’s the only game worth designing for.
